Trailer Lights Work But No Turn Signal. Check the grounds for the tail lights or check and see if a trailer wire harness was put in by splicing the wires. The running lights will flash or dim when the turn signal is on.
Use a screwdriver to remove the screws in each corner of the faceplate over the light on.

If the fronts work and the rears don't then you have a wire issue. In addition, the right turn signal light in the dashboard seems to glow weakly, although I don't have the turn signal on. The trailer lights working on another vehicle suggests that the trailer wiring is all done correctly.
